KATY RETURNS WITH "SMALL TALK"

Katy Perry has released her second single of 2019, "Small Talk," via Capitol. The new track follows summer hit "Never Really Over"—which delivered KP the biggest streaming launch of her career and was certified Gold by the RIAA.

Perry wrote "Small Talk" with Charlie Puth, Jacob Kasher Hindlin and Johan Carlsson, and features production by Puth/Carlsson.

Earlier this week, Perry was presented with a plaque commemorating 100m RIAA song certifications, putting her in elite company of one of only five artists to hit this milestone. She received the plaque at Capitol Congress, where the superstar also graciously mingled with drunk, sweaty HITS editors. She's a pro.
