ARISTA TAKES A CHANCE WITH CHANCE

David Massey's Arista Records has inked a deal with singer/songwriter Greyson Chance. Chance, who went viral in 2010 for his cover of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi,” eventually appeared on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show, before signing to her label, eleveneleven, and putting out two EPs and one full-length album via Interscope.

After taking a step back from music, Chance released his latest album portraits in March and announced his world tour earlier this month. In a heartfelt Instagram post, he announced the record deal Wednesday, “last week I signed a deal that I have been working towards for 6 years and life feels very surreal at the moment. Thank you to [David Massey] and [Arista Records] for their trust in my creative vision and this opportunity to create.”

I'm still waiting for my 2010 cover of "Poker Face" to go viral. In the meantime, scroll through the post below to find Chance celebrating the deal with Massey.
