Looks like die-hard Star Wars fans have something extra to look forward to this May 4th. Pandora is gifting the galaxy with a playlist of the most popular tracks that reference Star Wars, appropriately titled The Force is Strong with These Songs.
By pulling data from tracks that mention the film and calculating in the stream-to-thumbs-up percentage over the past year, Pandora has rounded out a Top 20 ranking of Star Wars-inspired songs with the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Alderaan-referencing “Californication” at #1. All of which makes us want to smoke weed and eat corn chips on our mom's couch.
From Eminem and Kanye West, to Blink 182, check out the entire playlist here and see if you can catch all the Star Wars remarks, and of course; With you May the 4th be. Yes, hmmm.
