COOPER HEADS TO ARISTA

Arista has hired RCA’s Danny Cooper as Senior Vice President, Promotion, where he will work with his new boss, EVP John Boulos, across all genres.

Based in Los Angeles, Cooper will also oversee Arista’s promotion staff throughout the U.S.

“He is one of the most well-respected promotion executives in the business today, and his industry relationships are second-to-none,” Boulos said. “His deep knowledge and strong leadership skills will help us further enhance the brands of our artists and maximize awareness of their music around the world. Few can say ‘hey buddy’ with Danny’s level of conviction.”

Cooper spent 11 years as Vice President of Hot AC and then Top 40 Promotion at RCA, working artists such as P!nk, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Sia and Miley Cyrus.
