WBR MEETS MEETS NETFLIX ON THE "WESTSIDE"

Warner Bros. Records collaborated with Netflix for the exclusive music soundtrack of Westside, Netflix's first-ever unscripted music series.

The series follows the lives of nine young artists struggling for success. The eight-episode series launches today globally on Netflix and the soundtrack WESTSIDE: THE MUSIC is available on Warner Bros. Records. Artists/songwriters that worked on the soundtrack include Ryan Tedder, busbee, Shane McAnally and Diane Warren, among others.

Will it get the biz right, unlike most filmic portrayals that still feature the tropes of yesteryear? We'll let you know, bubbeleh.

Meanwhile, we're still waiting for Tom Corson to respond to our invitation to "Netflix & chill."
