TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

“Either Way,” Chris Stapleton’s first single off his From a Room: Volume 1 (Mercury Nashville), attracted the ears and thumbs of Shazam users as the biggest mover on this week’s Shazam USA Top 100 chart.

HBO’s 4/30 episode of Silicon Valley featured Pregnant Boy’s “Fun House,” which appears on the show’s Mass Appeal soundtrack, pushing it up 130 slots to #71.

Freshly released singles, meanwhile, are getting the thumbs up from Shazam users. Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands” (Capitol), released 5/4, was up 122 spaces to #79.

SZA’s “Love Galore” (TDE/RCA), which dropped 4/27, was up 101 slots to #100. Prior to the release of her album CTRL, SZA has signed a publishing deal with Jody Gerson's UMPG.

And the second single from J. Cole’s December release 4 Your Eyez Only (Dreamville/Roc Nation/Def Jam), “Neighbors,” was up 51 slots to #107.

Outside the Top 5, big movers include Capitol's Mary J. Blige and BMLG's Midland. Check the whole chart here.

Sara Bareilles’ “Gravity,” released in 2009, is the U.K.’s biggest mover after a couple danced to the tune on Britain’s Got Talent. Also on the list are Tieks’ “Sunshine,” used in a Fiat ad, and Marillion’s 1985 track “Kayleigh,” which appeared in a recent episode of Peter Kay's Car Share.
