LADY GAGA'S IN
THE DRONE ZONE

Several hundred aerial drones will light up Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl halftime show today, CNN and Variety have reported. And you thought the only drone at the Super Bowl would be Joe Buck.

Over at iTunes, Gaga had three albums in the Top 10, led by Joanne at #3, prior to kickoff. Beyond a slowcase takeover, the standard edition Interscope albums are priced at $6.99; the deluxe Joanne, currently #8 is $9.99. The Fame Monster is #4; Born This Way is #14.

Meanwhile, Gaga has quelled rumors that Beyonce would make an appearance. We’re guessing that’s not fake news.

The drones are a television first: It’s the first time drones will be used in a live TV event. In addition, Lady Gaga is expected to make her entrance from the roof of Houston’s NRG Stadium, an idea that came from her sister, Gaga said.

Gaga’s recent singing partner, Tony Bennett, is also expected to appear on video.

Anyone thinking about crashing the party with their own flying machines need to consider this: The FAA has created a 34.5-mile No Drone Zone around the stadium.
