WALKING THE LINE

BMLG's Florida Georgia Line welcomed Live Nation Head of Country Brian O'Connell to the stage for one hell of a photo op during their Saturday night show at Chicago's Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. Moments later, O'Connell was joined by label head Scott Borchetta, and the pair reportedly held hands while crowd-surfing all the way to the bar.

28,191 tickets were sold in advance of the gig, which served as a stop on FGL's Dig Your Roots Tour; that ends 11/19 in Calgary. Click here for a full list of dates.

Following a ferocious chart battle at the top of this month, FGL debuted at #2 on the HITS Sales Plus Streaming (SPS) Chart with 148k for Dig Your Roots. Lead single "H.O.L.Y." went #1 at Country radio earlier this summer; that's sold 1.2m RTD, enough to make it the #1 best-selling country single this year so far (and #16 overall). And the music video—embedded below—has earned a whopping 73m views.
