"CLOSER" OPENS UP BIGTIME

"Closer," the runaway smash by Disruptor/Columbia's Chainsmokers featuring Halsey, is not only #1 at iTunes but is outselling the rest of the chart by a factor of 2-1. The cut is #1 at Spotify in the U.S., #1 at Shazam and #12 on the Mediabase real-time Pop radio chart. What's more, the song's explosion has ignited Halsey's music at the streaming services. Rob Stringer, Joel Klaiman and Lee Leipsner at Columbia and Disruptor's Adam Alpert are having a nonstop dance party.
