Summers: TV music man has a series of duties.

THE FIRM'S SUMMERS SEGUES TO TV

Twentieth Century Fox Television has announced the hiring of The Firm's Jeremy Summers as EVP of Music.

Formerly the General Manager of Jeff Kwatinetz’ TV, Film and Music group, Summers was also serving as President of the company’s record label. Before that he was was EVP, Chief Marketing Officer for Interscope Records.

In his new position with Fox he will oversee music on all series production for both 20th Century and Fox 21 Television Studios. This includes finding talent and negotiating deals and hiring composers and music supervisors for pilots and series.

Summers is a life-long musician himself, and the son of the late legendary music exec Joe Summers.
