PANDISCIA TO PLEDGE

Well-respected biz veteran Dominic Pandiscia has officially joined PledgeMusic—the direct-to-fan platform for artists—as its CEO. He replaces Benji Rogers, the company's founder, who will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and in the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer.

In August, Pandiscia announced that he was exiting indie distribbery Caroline, which he'd led as President since 2013, ending his run after three consecutive years of marketshare growth and four #1 albums—the first #1s in the 30+ year history of Caroline.
