SIA STREETS

RCA Star Kicks Off Album Launch with GMA Appearance

Sia's highly anticipated follow-up to 1,000 Forms of Fear, This Is Acting, was released today through Monkey Puzzle/RCA. To commemorate such, the emotive songstress appeared on ABC's Good Morning America for a performance of "Reaper"—a record co-written and co-produced by Kanye. Watch it here.

The hitmaker, who’s previously written songs for Rihanna, Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry and more, revealed the meaning behind the set's title to NME in February of last year, explaining, “they are songs I was writing for other people, so I didn't go in thinking 'this is something I would say.' It's more like play-acting. It's fun."

The album—which also features collaborative efforts from Greg Kurstin (Spears, Kelly Clarkson, P!nk), Adele, Jack Antonoff, Tobias Jesso Jr., Christopher Braide (Spears, Colbie Caillat, Lana Del Rey) and more—is currently #3 at iTunes. See the full track listing below.

Sia is confirmed for another TV appearance on Ellen come Tuesday 2/2. She’s also set for both weekends of Coachella.

Now, if someone could please bring us some aspirin and ice that would be much appreciated. Apparently our interpretive dance skills just ain't what they used to be.
