TO INFINITY AND BEYOND

Mariah Begins Her Vegas Residency; Glassware Shatters

Mariah Carey, who has more No. 1 songs than another other solo artist in history, opens her much-heralded "#1 to Infinity" show in Las Vegas at The Colosseum, Caesars Palace tonight.

The singer, who has been sharing pictures of the incredible Caesars staging on her Instagram, is reportedly very focused and sounds amazing. If the audio leaked to TMZ is any indication, fans will be in for a high-pitched treat.

Meanwhile Carey's single "Infinity," from her Epic Records greatest hits project, was Top 5 Most Added at Pop radio yesterday and she announced an appearance at the Billboard Music Awards for the first time in 17 years, which is being held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 17th-- just a short saunter (or no doubt in her case, Limo ride) down the Strip.

If you're up for a quick trip to Sin City, tickets are still available for opening night.
