RIHANNA HEADING WEST (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Since the surprise release Saturday night, The Rihanna/Kanye/Sir Paul single "FourFiveSeconds" has sold 52.7k singles.

Also as of today, music fans have sent north of 614k tweets about Rihanna and her new track (that's way over a half a million tweets in just 48 hours). Check out the Reverb graph below to see how it went viral:

Kanye West has apparently decided to make 2015 his bitch. In another collaboration with Sir Paul McCartney, the pair have joined Roc Nation/Def Jam's Rihanna on her new single, "FourFiveSeconds." West promised that the track would drop at iTunes this week (and be sent to radio) at the recent iHeartMedia Music Summit, where he previewed it in private.

Roc Nation certainly delivered on that promise. RiRi announced its availability to the public on Twitter and was retweeted over 10k times in less than two hours. Is there more new music from her on the way? How many more surprises can West pull out of his hat? Only time will tell.
