Avery and the MisterWives Get Very East Village

In possibly the most East Village moment in the history of the East Village, Republic’s Avery Lipman joined members of band MisterWives and affiliated players for a listening party on the Penthouse floor of the The Standard, where they enjoyed music from the band’s forthcoming album and ate some vegan doughnuts. Later, everyone grew a long, fanciful beard. Later, manager/agent andPhotoFinish Records prexy Matt Galle asked what his percentage would be on this photo. Seen hankering for an ice-cold PBR are (l-r) the band’s Marc CampbellEtienne Bowler and Mandy Lee, Lipman, the band’s Will Hehir, Galle and the band’s Jesse Blum and Mike Murphy.
