PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Punk-rock icons Gang of Four have pacted with London-based Pledge Music to tap fans to finance its latest release, Content, through voluntary donations. The band is offering exclusive extras at various price points, including limited edition artwork, a “scratch and sniff” booklet and even vials of their blood. Last year, Public Enemy tried to raise $250k through a similar company, Sellaband, but fell substantially short of their goal. (4/5a)
