Among the prospective buyers are usual suspects Warner Music, UMG, Sony/ATV Music and KKR/BMG. The privately owned indie pubbery boasts a catalog of around 250k copyrights and includes such current acts as Kings of Leon and Kara DioGuardi. Bug is #6 in the bible’s top publishers chart.
