Primary Sticks with Shy

SNIFFING GLUE: Emblem/Primary Wave Music Publishing signing Shy Carter scored his second #1 Country chart-topper hit of the year with Sugarland’s hit, “Stuck Like Glue.” Carter also achieved the #1 spot on the Hot AC chart earlier this year with Rob Thomas’ “Someday,” which he co-wrote with Thomas and Matt Serletic. The L.A.-based songwriter is also known as a producer and recording artist whose credits also include co-writing Ashanti’s hit “Switch” as well as projects with Nelly, Murphy Lee and Chingy. Shy is currently collaborating with several Emblem, Warner Bros. and Interscope artists, including Ray J, Cody Wise and Robyn Troup. Nothing Shy about this guy. (11/10p)
