Chili Peppers Club Date

PICK A PEPPER: Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform a rare small venue show at L.A. Live’s Club Nokia on Aug. 24 to benefit the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, co-founded by the band’s bassist Flea with Keith Barry in 2001. All proceeds from the event will continue to fund the school’s operating costs, along with the scholarship program to offer music education to children who could not otherwise afford lessons. The band’s new Warner Bros. album, I’m With You, comes out Aug. 30. A general public on-sale of $125 tickets—general admission standing (tier 3 floor) and reserved seating (upper balcony)—begins Saturday (7/23) at 10 a.m. All tickets will be available at will call only, with a strict two ticket limit per person, which can be purchased at Ticketmaster here. (7/22p)
