INDIES SEIZE THE THRONE: Independent retailers, already frustrated by the five-day iTunes digital exclusive and Best Buy deluxe edition for Jay-Z and Kanye West’s new Watch the Throne album, will reportedly go to the big box retailer to buy copies of the enhanced version to sell at their stores. The indie stores previously did the same thing with Walmart exclusives for The Eagles and AC/DC. (8/9p)
