Obama Spotify playlist

THE SOCIAL-MEDIA PRESIDENT STRIKES AGAIN: Don’t look now, but Barack Obama has a Spotify account; the Prez’s official 2012 Campaign Playlist went up late last week. The 28 tracks were selected primarily by the campaign staff—which may explain the presence of two tracks apiece by Sugarland and Darius Rucker—but it’s said to include a few of Obama's personal faves; we’ll give him credit for Al Green's "Let's Stay Together." Wilco, Florence + the Machine, Arcade Fire, Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin, Booker T & the MG’s, U2, Ricky Martin, Wilco, REO Speedwagon, Zac Brown Band and Raphael Saadiq are among the acts represented on the official playlist, which was also posted on the president's Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages. You can check out the President’s Spotify playlist here. (2/14a)
