FEELING THEIR WAY: Everybody's asking what's going on at Warner Music. Stephen Cooper and Len Blavatnik don't really talk to any other industry leaders about their thoughts or plans. But most believe that their look under the hood at EMI during Warner's failed attempt to buy it still has them perplexed. How could EMI do so much less business than WMG yet have a far better bottom line? In any case, WMG is expected to make a lowball bid for Parlophone.
