Joseph Jackson stroke

JACKSON HOSPITALIZED: People is reporting that Joseph Jackson, the patriarch of the clan that produced Michael, Janet, LaToya, et al, suffered a mild stroke on Wed. night. The 84-year-old Jackson experienced balance problems and "tightness in his head" at his Las Vegas home, the magazine reports, and was taken to the hospital. His wife, Katherine, is said to be by his side, and some of his children are reportedly on the way; he's expected to be released on Friday. (11/29p)
