The Two Jeffs Join in New Talent Agency

THE TWO JEFFS: Recently dethroned ICM head Jeff Berg and ATI's Jeff Franklin have been quietly putting together what insiders are calling "an uber-agency" to compete with WME and CAA. They have already hired Paradise Artists' Steve Schenck to run their music division out of New York, while ex-ICM agent Terry Rhodes is also being brought aboard. The two Jeffs know each other from the early '80s when Berg's ICM acquired Franklin's ATI. (1/22p)
