CMT Bows Four New Series

BEYOND HEE HAW: Viacom’s CMT has added four new original series to its line-up, including projects featuring The Voice winner Cassadee Pope, The Dirty South (from the Jersey Shore Executive Producer), Hillbillies for Hire and Fox’s Cops Reloaded, an updated best-of compilation, it was announced by EVP Programming and Development Jayson Dinsmore. The Dirty South, a below-the-Mason-Dixon-line version of Jersey Shore, executive produced by that show’s SallyAnn Salsano, is set for fall, while Hillbillies for Hire, which follows a pair of Jackass-inspired guys who run a custom prank shop in Polk County, FL, premieres this summer.
