Justin Shukat named prez of PM Pub

SHUKAT'S NEW HAT: Primary Wave GM and co-founder Justin Shukat has added the presidency of Primary Wave Music Publishing to his duties, reporting to CEO Larry Mestel. "The confidence that Larry Mestel has had in me since co-founding the company with him seven years ago continues to push me to create a home for songwriters and artists like no other," Shukat declared. "We are actively looking to sign and invest in songwriters and artists, where we can engage the full breadth of our company, including synchronization, branding, management, digital marketing and our licensing back-office.
