MSG to sell Fuse

CHANGE OF FUSE: Madison Square Garden Co. is taking steps to unload music-TV channel Fuse and has enlisted JPMorgan Chase to research the sale, Bloomberg reports. A statement from MSG acknowledged the company had been approached by buyers for Fuse but declined to name them; the story speculates the cable outlet’s value may be around $300-400 million. As you may have heard, MSG recently formed a new music company, Azoff MSG Entertainment, with a certain impresario whose name escapes us at the moment. MSG stock was up 1.6% at market’s close today.
