MMJ/Brittany et al on Fallon for Fela

HERE COMES "TROUBLE": In case you didn't catch them on Friday night's Fallon, here's ATO's My Morning Jacket with guests Brittany Howard (of labelmates Alabama Shakes) and Merrill Garbus from tUnE-yArDs—plus the Antibalas horns and house band The Roots—playing "Trouble Sleep" from the Fela Kuti tribute set Red Hot + Fela. The album features cover versions of the Nigerian Afrobeat pioneer/activist's work by an array of artists. Of course, Fela's given name was Olufela Olusegun Oludotun Ransome-Kuti, and his birthday is tomorrow. But you knew that. (10/14p)
