EXIT GATFIELD (UPDATE): Inside sources are confirming that Nicola Tuer will serve as acting head of day-to-day operations at Sony U.K. until a successor to departing CEO Nick Gatfield as creative head is announced. Tuer, a former head of sales, was made Gatfield's deputy in 2011. She's been in the Sony system since 1995.
