Col. gets largest charted Mediabase audience with "Happy"

MORE "HAPPY" NEWS: Columbia gets ever more “Happy” by the day. The label has announced that Pharrell’s smash—now #1 at Pop—has reached the #1 all-time published weekly Mediabase audience with 265 million. That surpasses Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” (also featuring Pharrell, of course), which reached 258 million. Kudos to messrs. Stringer, Klaiman, Leipsner and company on this milestone. (3/24a)
