NOT JUST THE SQUEAKING OF SNEAKERS: Speaking of the intersection of sports and music, Republic’s Austin Mahone, a San Antonio native, sang the National Anthem last night before Game One of the NBA Finals, and ABC is using Foster the People’s “Are You What You Want to Be?” in its promos for the series. But considering that the AC in the arena was out for most of the game, we're surprised they didn't pull out Nelly's "Hot in Herre"—or maybe something by The Cramps. (6/6a)
