THEY CAN AND HE WILL: Primary Wave Music, which recently launched a joint venture with BMG, has just signed a global co-publishing deal with pop-rock band Parachute's frontman and lead songwriter, Will Anderson. The deal encompasses all future songwriting undertakings from Anderson and his group, also including the band's most recent album Overnight, which debuted Top 15 last year. (6/18a)
