VH1 Save the Music honors Charlie et al

CHARLIE FOR THE SAVE: Republic EVP Charlie Walk will be among the honorees at Friday night's (7/25) VH1 Save the Music Foundation "Summer Celebration of Music" soiree in the Hamptons to raise money for music education in public schools. Also honored at the private event in Sagaponack, chaired by Julie and William Macklowe, will be singer/songwriter/producer Linda Perry, Beats Music SVP Bozoma Saint John and Grace A. Dunn Middle School music teacher Nathan Cohen. The evening of "sponsored experiences" (i.e. wine, tequila, beer and other goodies) will also feature music performances by Save the Music Alumni Ambassador Ingrid Michaelson, DJ Theory, singer/songwriter James Bay and Cohen's charges from Grace A. Dunn Middle School. Our invitation was undoubtedly lost in the mail. Tickets are available for purchase here. (7/21p)
