ON A GLASS NOTE: “V.3005,” the little single that could from Glassnote’s Childish Gambino, has been certified gold by the RIAA. The hip-hop jam, which has ascended to the Top 10 at Rhythm radio (the first indie release to do so this year), has now moved more than 500k singles and equivalent streams. The track’s video, meanwhile, recently received a VMA nomination for Best Hip-Hop clip; it’s received more than 16.2m views so far. (7/22a)
