Kwatman strikes again

KWATMAN STRIKES AGAIN: Jeff Kwatinetz's Prospect Park is adding another band, Knox Hamilton, to its stable, Kwatinetz and label prexy Jeremy Summers have announced. But unlike the Active-skewing amp-shredders (Five Finger Death Punch, You Me at Six) with whom the label has seen success of late, the Arkanasas-bred foursome delivers vibey, Modern Rock-ready power pop. Such is the case with single "Work It Out," which has gotten love from SiriusXM Alt-Nation and earned some 185k Spotify streams (see the video here). The band is at work on a full-length and prepping for its first national tour now. (7/23a)
