TWO EMPTY CORNER OFFICES? We hear that Jody Gerson may no longer be working at Sony/ATV in L.A., although she’s said to still be under contract. We’re also hearing that Zach Horowitz has left the building at UMPG. If this is the case, could it mean that Gerson is considering beginning her new job at UMPG before her announced start date of Jan. 1, more than four months from now, or will she take an extended vacation? Meanwhile, will Marty Bandier look inside or outside of Sony/ATV in search of the new West Coast head of the pubco? (8/22a)
