HAVE YOURSELF A MENZEL LITTLE CHRISTMAS: We suspect you won’t be totally shocked to learn that Idina Menzel has recorded a Christmas album. Holiday Wishes, produced by Walter Afanasieff (Barbra, Celine, Mariah), contains the usual assortment of seasonal classics plus Joni Mitchell's "River," one of Menzel's favorites. The collection, hitting 10/14, is on Warner Bros., which has done quite well in recent years with Christmas albums from Josh Groban and Michael Buble. (9/4a)
