Def Jam Bill Evans promotion

PROMOTION PROMOTION: After 16 years with Def Jam, Team Bartels has upped Bill Evans to VP Urban Promotion, it was announced today. Evans will report directly to EVP Urban Promotion Rodney Shealey. His new duties will include overseeing the development and execution of all national radio and advertising campaigns, helping to manage and support the label's national fielding staff and working closely with Shealey to orchestrate the roll-out of new record releases to all Urban radio formats, as well as explaining to our own Andy Arnold that he's not a jazz pianist.
