THE LONG GOODBYE: "Hey, you guys," UMe topper Bruce Resnikoff (l) says to legendary co-creators Elton John and Bernie Taupin during this photo op commemorating the astronomical sales of classic album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, "we should totally hang out after this.
