THIS TOWN IS MOTOWN: Motown friends and fam were out in force for two sold-out shows at L.A.'s House of Blues featuring Ne-Yo and his opener, labelmate Kevin Ross. The pair are currently out on a 12-stop U.S. tour in advance of Ne-Yo's next full-length, Non-Fiction, due 1/20/15. Ross' debut EP, Dialogue in the Grey, dropped last month and features appearances from Ne-Yo and T.I. Seen above are (L-R) SVP A&R Motown Ezekiel Lewis, President Motown/President & Co-Head of Creative Affairs UMPG Ethiopia Habtemariam, Kevin Ross, Ne-Yo, BET Networks' Stephen Hill & SVP Urban Promotions Capitol Azim Rashid. Capitol topper Steve Barnett and R&B icon Chaka Khan were among the luminaries spotted in the crowd; we await news of their duet remix. (10/17p)
