Hey, buddy! How about that Iggy Azalea? She's in control at Pop and Crossover with "Fancy," while The Black Keys rule on at PoMo. But there's a lot more to the story; read on. When you're done, we'll drink. And when the drinking is done, you will pay.
TOP 40
We have a new #1 in Iggy Azalea’s "Fancy"; the Def Jam team will probably hold the spot for a few weeks until the fast-growing Greatest Gainer, Ariana Grande’s "Problem" (Republic)—also featuring Ms. Iggy—climbs to the top. Joining the Top 10 this week is Warner Bros.’ Nico & Vinz’s "Am I Wrong." Other Greatest Gainers include Jason Derulo f/Snoop Dogg’s "Wiggle"(WB), Capitol’s Sam Smith with "Stay With Me" and "Rude" by RCA’s MAGIC! Climbing up inside the 20s are "Come Get It Bae" from Columbia’s Pharrell Williams, Jennifer Lopez’s "First Love" (Capitol) and, surging on solid callout numbers, Epic’s KONGOS and their "Come With Me Now." Charting this week: Hollywood’s Demi Lovato with "Really Don’t Care" f/Cher Lloyd.
RHYTHM
Def Jam’s Iggy Azalea holds down the #1 spot again this week with "Fancy." "Problem" by Republic’s Ariana Grande is climbing fast inside the Top 5, and is looking to be the greatest gainer. RCA’s Tinashe f/ScHoolboy Q with "2 On" and Jason Derulo f/Snoop Dogg’s "Wiggle" (WB) move into the Top 10. Nicki Minaj’s "Pills N Potions" (YMCMB/Republic) will have a great jump, as will RCA’s MAGIC! with "Rude."
ALTERNATIVE
The Black Keys (Warner Bros.) will remain #1 for a fifth week with "Fever." It appears that it will stay #1 for the considerable future, unless Virgin’s Bastille can mount a run with "Bad Blood." The rest of the Top 10 remains the same. Lorde’s (Lava/Republic) "Tennis Court" will see the biggest chart move going 32-20. Coldplay’s "A Sky Full Of Stars" will get inside the Top 20 to #18. Capitol’s Capital Cities will also see a nice move with "One Minute More" going 30-24. Republic’s Milky Chance will debut on the chart with "Stolen Dance."
