UTA NASHVILLE: CHECK IT OUT
6/8/21

Presenting the very handsome, newly opened UTA Nashville offices at 225 Polk Avenue. Those of you inclined to nerd out about architectural details should stay tuned while we attend to a few fundamentals.

The hot agency has recently expanded its ranks with such hitters as Jeffrey Hasson, Jenny DeLoach, Brett Saliba, Matt Korn and Emily Wright, and added artists such as Midland, Billy Ray Cyrus and Sam Williams, among others; these join Nashville roster acts like Toby Keith, Jimmie Allen, Clint Black, Matt Stell and Ian Munsick.

"We are thrilled to open the doors to our new Nashville headquarters and bring new life to this historic space that will now serve as a gathering place for colleagues, artists and storytellers across the community,” reads a quote from David Zedeck, Partner and Co-Head of Worldwide Music. “Nashville’s music roots run deep and these new offices are meant to reflect UTA’s commitment to sharing this city’s powerful creativity with the world.”

OK, architecture geeks, here ya go: The august office was designed by the award-winning firm Hastings Architecture, preserving elements of the mid-century original building's historic library (notably the old book drop on the parking level). The facility enjoys sweeping views of downtown Nashville and the State Capitol, and its rooftop deck will undoubtedly be the site of many memorable gatherings during which somebody drinks enough Chardonnay to make a scene and later writes an amazing song about it.

In a related story, you can still return your very overdue library books through the book drop.
