MONUMENTAL MOVES FOR MONUMENT
11/30/20

Nashville’s Monument Records has upped Joel Beaver to Manager and hired Jamie Graves as Director, Digital Marketing & Streaming and Jacquie Painten as Coordinator, Marketing. All three positions will report to label GM Katie McCartney.

Beaver, who has been with Monument since its launch, was previously the marketing coordinator and one of Monument’s first interns. Beaver will now serve as project manager for Monument’s artist roster and be responsible for all marketing and brand initiatives.

Graves comes to Monument from UMG Nashville, where he spent nearly a decade working in commercial partnerships and digital marketing. In his new role, Graves will oversee digital marketing and strategy, sales and streaming for all Monument artists.

Painten officially joins team Monument after interning for two years while completing coursework at Belmont University. Throughout her studies, Painten also previously worked with the Country Music Association.

“Jamie’s passion for this business is inspiring. His vision for Monument’s roster, vast knowledge of artist development, and creative nature made him the perfect choice for this role, and we are thrilled to have him on board,” shared McCartney.

She continues, “Joel and Jacquie have been incredibly valuable members of this team. Their dedication and passion for the company and our artists has been instrumental. I know they will both continue to thrive, and we are lucky to have them.”
