MIDLAND'S "CHEATIN' SONGS" AT THE PALOMINO
1/23/20

Big Machine’s Midland just dropped a new live performance video for “Cheatin’ Songs,” the new single off their 2019 album, Let it Roll. The double Grammy nominated band filmed the video at the iconic, but long-defunct, honky tonk Palomino Club in North Hollywood, which re-opened for only one night.

Filmed by Collin Duddy, the video takes a no-frills approach to the track, showing a stripped-down version from the trio hailing from Dripping Springs, TX, which consists of Mark Wystrach, Jess Carson and Cam Duddy.

“Cheatin’ Songs” follows Midland’s previous single, “Mr. Lonely,” and became this week’s most added song at country radio. While their headlining tour is all but completely sold out, the trio will be a special guest on Tim McGraw’s HERE ON EARTH TOUR this summer.

“Looking at how committed we’ve been to taking it on the road, playing this music for the people is an interesting way to live. My peak moment every night is when people sing the songs back to us. That never gets old,” says Duddy.

You can check out the live performance video below and if you look closely, you might even see a familiar nerd sighting around 30 seconds in.
