RCA BRANDS RYAN HURD GOLD
9/18/19

RCA Nashville artist/songwriter Ryan Hurd is having an eventful week...

He began by participating 9/16 in the SIP Hope 4 Hope Town benefit concert (for Hurricane Dorian victims in Bahamas) at Ryman Auditorium, then on 9/17 received Gold certification for his single “To A T," and on 9/20 will see the release of his five-song Platonic EP.

Hurd was rehearsing for his upcoming opening slot on the Old Dominion “Make It Sweet Tour,” when members of his management team and Sony Music Nashville surprised him with T-shirt-shaped cookies and a Gold plaque for “To A T.”

With career streams exceeding 220m worldwide, Hurd has been singled out for his stripped-down authenticity on “To A T,” which has reached #1 on SiriusXM The Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown. The song features harmony vocals from partner and muse Maren Morris, and is included on his Platonic EP.
