BROOKS BREAKS RECORDS
6/11/19

Broncos' Mile High Stadium in Denver, CO, welcomed Garth Brooks on 6/8 for The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour. The sold-out show drew 84k+ fans, making it the “largest ticketed event in Broncos stadium history,” according to the Denver Post, breaking the record set by U2 in 2011.

Since the launch of his tour, Books has broken attendance records in multiple venues, including Missouri’s The Dome at America's Center, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium, Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and (with two sold-out shows) Minnesota’s U.S. Bank Stadium. Upcoming shows in Oregon, Canada and Idaho are already sold out, with the latter two averaging 75k+ tickets for each venue.

Brooks, who surprised fans with new music, is set to release a new single, “Dive Bar” f/Blake Shelton, on 6/18; it's due to appear on his forthcoming album, FUN. Shelton will be joining Brooks for his newly added show in Boise, ID on 7/19, where the pair will perform the track live for the first time. While the official release date for FUN is TBA, it's expected sometime this year.
