As CMA Fest prepares to kick off in Music City, Warner Music Nashville's Blake Shelton and Pandora CEO Tim Westergren managed to snap a quick pic in the midst of all the mishegas. Westergen congratulated the country star on his recent chart-topping success with new album If I'm Honest, which they celebrated with a rousing game of truth or dare; a couple hours later, the pair was spotted covered in glitter, feathers and BBQ sauce.
