KENNY IS COMING
4/1/16

Kenny Chesney just announced that he'll be releasing his seventeenth studio album—titled Some Town Somewhere—on 7/8 via Blue Chair/Columbia Nashville.

Lead single "Noise"—co-penned by Chesney, Shane McAnally, Ross Copperman and Joe Nite—has scored an explosive 147 first-week adds this week. It's also currently #18 on iTunes' country chart and #55 overall.

“In some ways, this record is more me than anything I’ve done,” Chesney shared. “You get into my head, my heart and the way so much of what’s going on around all of us hits me. Taken as a whole, this is a record about seizing life in all its forms: the moments you wish wouldn’t end, the times that make you rethink your priorities, the simple stuff that give us balance, a few characters at the bar and the hope that it’s all worth doing.”

And on that note, we're now going to assume the role of "a few characters at the bar." TGIF, buddy.
