It is safe to say if the Chili's don't clinch it this week they will next, and this will become their record setting 13th #1. Meanwhile Beck's "Wow" (Capitol) enters the Top 10 and keeping their momentum, RCA's Weathers are quickly inside the Top 25 with "Happy Pills."
