CROSSOVER
THE BALL STREET JOURNAL

Well, it still feels like Groundhog Day to me. My routine, although not nearly the same, still blends together and becomes one long grind that doesn’t seem to have a beginning or ending point. And we all know what radio is going through… Let’s hope this nightmare has an expiration date!

Onto better topics, Nino Cuccinello and Interscope hold DaBaby’s “Rockstar” f/Roddy Ricch at #1 again. With nothing behind it, it looks like it will hold for another week! Juice WRLD’s “Wishing Well” takes a huge jump, going #31-22, and seeing an increase of 450 spins. He debuts J Cole’s “Lion King On Ice” at #34, thanks to a 300-spin increase. Juice WRLD’s other track, “Come & Go” f/Marshmello, is up 130 spins and continues to grab new stations. They’re also impacting a new Lil Mosey track next week!

Over at Columbia, John Strazza and James White continue to drive StaySolidRocky’s “Party Girl” to the Top 10. It’s #12 this week and up 85 spins. Chloe & Halle’s “Do It” climbs to #23, up 160 spins. Jawsh 685X Jason Derulo’s “Savage Love (Laxed-Siren Beat)” gains 290 spins and is now #27. It’s a real hit at Top 40 as well. Kid LAROI & Juice WLRD’s “Go” is now #35 and looks to continue to developing.

Republic’s Davey Dee and Garrett Ream have Pop Smoke’s “The Woo” f/50 Cent & Roddy Ricch grabbing another 500 spins and moving to #17. They debut Lil Wayne’s “Shimmy” f/Doja Cat this week at #33, thanks to a 320-spin increase. J Balvin/Dua Lipa/Bad Bunny’s “UN DIA (ONE DAY)” f/Tainy is off to a tremendous start. It’s up 335 spins and looks to be a solid debut this coming week. Amine’s “Compensating” adds 125 spins to its total and is now #48. Make sure you spend some time with Lund’s “Broken.” It’s pop leaning, but has a great streaming profile.

Def Jam’s Noah Sheer has a few new records he’s impacting this week, including 2 Chainz’s “Money Maker” f/Lil Wayne and Logic’s “Perfect.” He also has YG’s “Swag” inside the Top 25, thanks to a 160-spin increase. Bino Rideaux’s “Brand New” continues to grow.

Over at RCA, Lori G and Inca continue to drive Doja Cat’s “Like That” f/Gucci Mane Top 5. It’s currently #6, up 295 spins. They also have some good music coming, including A$AP Ferg’s “Move Ya Hips,” Wizkid’s “Smile” f/H.E.R. and Mulatto’s “MuWop.” Make sure you check these out!

Epic’s Rick Sackheim and Dontay Thompson hold Young T & Bugsey’s “Don’t Rush” f/Headie One at #5. They also welcome DJ Khaled’s “POPSTAR” f/Drake inside the Top 10. It was up 650 spins and moves #13-9. Khaled’s other record with Drake, “GREECE,” climbs to #30 and adds 300 spins to his total. They’re also impacting Tyla Yaweh’s new “Stuntin’ On You” f/DaBaby.

City Girls’ “Jobs” also continues growing each week. It’s currently #29. Iann Dior’s “Prospect” is just getting started.

Warner’s B Dot Scales sees Saweetie’s “Tap In” moves to #13. It’s up 215 spins and the first goal is Top 10. YFN Lucci’s “Wet” is still getting new believers each week and looks to be a week or so from a debut.
